I have tried the mild one, so far. I used it on beer butt chicken, last week. I got may complements on how good the chicken was. Quote ” This is the best chicken I ever had”. I have used it in beef stew. Today, I put it in my white navy beans. I love the smell of the food cooking, The spices really add a very good aroma.
